We hope you are very happy with your purchases! However, if any of your items arrive damaged, you should contact us within 14 days to let us know.

PLEASE NOTE

We sell, natural, handmade products. Our horse and pony treats should arrive mostly in tact, however, it is normal for there to be some crumbs at the bottom of the bag due to being handled during transit.
​
Our balms are sensitive to extreme changes in temperature and this can sometimes affect the way they look. Please be reassured, though, that this will not alter the effectives of our balms.

Please contact us if you are not happy with the quality of your product when it arrives. We are a small business and we aim to do our best at all times.
